Stephen believes in the importance of giving back, and loves to be involved in and support local charities. In his down time, you’ll likely find him playing hockey or on the golf course. He has watched his four children grow up alongside his wife Gabriele, and is a proud “Papa” to his four grandkids Max, Cash, and Wells & Reed.

Growing up in a family full of Realtors, Kristina received a rare insight and knowledge base in the business at a young age. Her deep roots in Markham coupled with her innate business sense make her second to none. Now almost 20 years in the real estate business, she is known for her fearless approach, her unbridled loyalty, and her sharp negotiating abilities. Clients can trust her qualified knowledge and keen eye for detail to assist them with their real estate experience.

In her free time, Kristina is often out for a walk near her home in Markham Village with her Portuguese Water Dog, Kadri, or spending time with her husband, Andrew, and their two kids, Wells and Reed.

Living in Markham and Unionville her entire life has helped Natalie gain a thorough knowledge of the area. After attending Holy Trinity School, she went on to get her undergraduate degree in Business French at the University of Western Ontario. Natalie comes from a family of successful entrepreneurs and understands that hard work and commitment are the foundations for any business.

One of Natalie’s biggest passions is travel, which brought her to live in places such as France and Santiago, Chile. She's bilingual in French & English, sparking her interest in learning new languages and cultures.

She also has a love for interior design — she can often be found browsing the aisles of design shops with her dog Cali or taking on major renovation projects.

Natalie brings experience and a fresh attitude to the table where honesty and friendliness are coupled with determination and knowledge to help her clients find their dream home. She is grateful to have found real estate and loves her job where every day feels new and exciting.

Born and raised in Markham and growing up in the Tar-Poschar family, Mike has always closely observed the hard work, dedication, and knowledge it takes to provide the very best for clients as a Realtor. He has always been passionate about the world of real estate and has closely observed the market as a successful owner and investor. Mike has spent the last 20 years as a Sports Chiropractor in Markham, and with the sale of his health care practice, Active Health Centre, in 2020, he was afforded the time to pursue his interest in real estate full-time.

Mike feels extremely privileged to be a part of a real estate team that shares the same passion for giving back to the community that we are so lucky to serve. He applies the same caring, client-centred approach he possessed in health care to helping you achieve your goals in buying, selling, leasing or investing in the property of your dreams.

In his spare time, Mike is an avid outdoorsman, plays a in a wide variety sports, and is often found at the hockey rink coaching his sons, Max & Cash.

Debby is the backbone to our customer support system, and her main role is to ensure an exceptional experience for our valued clients. Debby knows first-hand that moving can sometimes be stressful, and she's here to bring a positive approach to ensure our clients feel at ease. She will be in constant contact providing updates and information on the progress of your home sale, and is there to support you every step of the way. Whether assisting our Agents or overcoming an unexpected challenge, Debby's here to tackle every task with passion and a smile.

By far, Debby's most important role is "Gigi" to her 3 grand children. We are beyond thankful to have Deb as a loyal member of our team for over 10 years!

Tina is the force behind our administrative operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes. Her attention to detail and strong organizational skills keep our team on track and our clients well-supported.

As the newest member of the Tar Team, Tina brings consistency and structure to every step of our processes. Dependable and always ready to assist, she plays a key role in making sure nothing falls through the cracks—so our Clients and Agents can focus on what matters most.

When she's not at the office, you'll probably find Tina with her family or out on a hike with her Australian Labradoodle pup, Jax.
